Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional customer service, expertly serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and efficient service skills will contribute to the lively atmosphere of our restaurant. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments with basic math proficiency
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurants enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales swiftly while maintaining professionalism
