Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new customer opportunities and generate high-converting sales leads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and recommend tailored Coway wellness solutions to prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage lasting relationships with both retail clients and corporate/community accounts.
- Sales Pipeline Mastery: Consistently follow up with prospects to close deals and hit individual monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales, direct sales, or customer service is preferred (but passion and drive matter most).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Languages: Professional English proficiency is required; secondary language skills are a strong plus.
