We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Production Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Framingham, MA facility. Reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor and Operations Manager, this role is responsible for daily lab production activities, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Production & Formulation
- Formulate, fill, and cap cartridges according to specifications.
- Formulate, fill, dust, and quality-check pre-rolls.
- Formulate, cook, fill, sleeve, and label tinctures.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete and update Master Batch Records and Production Logs.
- Accurately update Track & Trace system for inventory and compliance.
- Follow the daily Manufacturing Schedule set by the Lab Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.
Lab Maintenance & Inventory
- Maintain ingredient inventory and perform routine audits.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
- Prepare and sanitize lab equipment and supplies.
- Assist with waste disposal and preventative maintenance.
Quality & Support
- Operate lab instruments (scales, hot plates, filling machines, etc.) per SOPs.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support quality control and packaging activities.
- Assist with data collection and process improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements
- Lift 25–75 lbs (with assistance for heavier weights).
- Stand or sit for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive motions using cannabis production equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment.
- Work with cannabis plant material; PPE (mask, hairnet/beard net, scrub pants) required.
- Follow company dress code (no open-toed shoes or shorts).
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Previous lab, kitchen, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Flexible to support cross-functional operations as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Ability to follow established SOPs consistently.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
