Description of Position
Performs duties involving various resident restorative care activities and related services in caring for the personal needs and comforts of residents.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Current Hawaii Nurse Aide certificate required. One (1) year experience as a nurse aide preferred; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Basic Life Support (BLS), Level A required, with retraining once every two (2) years. On-the-job training of all essential duties and functions, with successful completion of competency and skill requirements at the end of first three (3) months of employment required.
