Sales Associate — Cookeville, TN Commission-Based | Full-Time
Who We're Looking For
We're hiring a driven, people-first Sales Associate to grow our customer base and represent our brand across the Cookeville area and surrounding communities. If you're competitive, self-motivated, and thrive on building relationships — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts in the Cookeville market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs
- Execute sales strategies to hit and exceed monthly targets
- Represent the brand at community events and trade shows
- Maintain lot and office appearance to company standards
- Open and close the Cookeville office as scheduled
- Travel to the Clarkrange, TN office once per month

Compensation & Details
- Commission-based pay structure
- Reports to Sales Manager
- Based in Cookeville, TN

Pay: $25,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
