Shift Hours
- 12-hour rotating shift (2/3/2)
- Rotate working 36 hours one week and 48 hours one week
- Work BOTH Days and Nights rotate every 14 days
- Off every other Weekend!!
- Day Shift 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Night Shift 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Weekly Pay
- Health Insurance is offered after completion of a successful evaluation period
- Work 6 months of service eligible for Holiday Pay
- Work 6 months of service eligible for Incentive Bonus
Responsibilities
Packaging finished material according to BOM specs. Package all rolls according to BOM.
- Packers must communicate (lead/forklift operator) what materials are needed
- Packers must make sure all strapping is tight & secure
- Packers must follow 6S methodology
- Packers must adhere to all safety policies
- Ability to work as a team
- Basic understanding of 5S + Safety + PPE
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comply with background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift 365 days including holidays
- Must have a record of good attendance with previous employers and a recent outstanding work history
