CompanyClean is a growing residential cleaning company serving Highlands Ranch and the south Denver metro. We're hiring an experienced cleaner to step into a working Team Lead role who'll be in homes every day setting the pace, protecting quality, and helping train newer cleaners.
This is a W2 position. Stable weekday daytime hours, repeat clients on regular routes, no nights, no weekends.
The job:

Clean homes to a professional standard on small teams or solo routes

Lead from the front — pace, quality, and how we show up in a client's home

Help train and support newer team members in English and Spanish

$23.50–$25.50/hr depending on experience, plus tips and performance bonuses
You're a fit if:

You have 2+ years of paid professional cleaning experience (residential, hotel, janitorial, or commercial)

You speak Spanish and conversational English enough to communicate clearly with clients

You hold high standards and can help others hit them without acting like a boss

You're reliable, coachable, and steady under a fast daily pace

You have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and smartphone

You can pass a background check and are authorized to work in the US (No ITIN or Tax ID)
One honest note: this is real work. You'll be on your feet, moving between homes, cleaning to a standard clients notice. If you've never cleaned professionally, this role isn't the right starting point. But if you have, you already know that, and you know you're worth more than most companies pay for it.
