Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is a growing direct-to-consumer fencing company serving the livestock and equine industry. We specialize in horse and livestock fencing solutions and are building a strong, scalable sales organization focused on customer experience, accountability, and growth.
We already generate strong inbound demand through our reputation, website, and customer base. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help improve follow-up, conversion, systems, processes, and overall sales performance.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will lead and support the sales team while helping create a more structured, accountable, and high-performing sales environment.
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. This is a working manager position. The Sales Manager will actively work their own leads while also coaching the team, improving sales processes, and helping drive overall department performance.

What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership
- Coach and support the sales team daily
- Help improve close rates and follow-up consistency
- Create accountability around sales activity and customer communication
- Lead through hands-on coaching, urgency, and execution
- Help build a positive, high-performance sales culture
Personal Sales Responsibilities
- Work and manage your own inbound leads
- Build relationships with customers and help guide projects from quote to close
- Follow up consistently and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
- Lead by example through strong sales execution and customer experience
Systems & Process Improvement
- Improve and help implement scalable sales systems and processes
- Help organize and improve CRM usage, pipeline management, and follow-up systems
- Improve visibility into sales activity, KPIs, and team performance
- Identify inefficiencies and help create better workflows and accountability systems
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and sales process
Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive fast, professional communication
- Support the team in handling customer questions and objections
- Build trust with customers and improve the overall buying experience
- Help maintain a strong reputation and customer experience across all channels

Industry Experience
Experience in the horse, cattle, agricultural, construction, home services, or fencing industries is a plus.
Candidates with backgrounds in:
- Equine or livestock industries
- Agriculture or ranching
- Construction or building materials
- Home improvement or outdoor products
…will likely transition well into this role.
Strong candidates without direct industry experience but with strong leadership and sales ability will also be considered.
Position Details
- Full-time, in-person position
- Location: Mesa, Arizona
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
- Commission and bonus structure: $55,000 + per year
- Target compensation package: $115,000 +
