In this contract-based opportunity, you’ll provide on-site supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) working in a dynamic, school-based setting. Two experienced OTs are needed to fulfill these positions for the upcoming school year, each supervising up to two COTAs within local public schools.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Proven background supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Experience working in school-based environments
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage supervision documentation and compliance
- Commitment to collaborating with school staff and allied professionals
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person clinical supervision to assigned COTAs, ensuring best practices in therapy delivery
- Allocate approximately 7 supervision hours each month to every assigned COTA (up to two per OT)
- Complete all required administrative, recordkeeping, and compliance-related tasks
- Foster communication among COTAs, district staff, and education teams to promote quality student services
- Deliver supervision exclusively on-site at area schools
