Job Summary

Duties
- Hands on Position - Must be willing and able to perform various physical tasks and assist with project installations.
- Assist with general field work as needed, including pool draining, tile removal and replacement, drain work, spillway installation, minor repairs, demolitions, cleanup, material handling, and other assigned tasks.
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and on schedule
- Communicate directly with customers and maintain a professional, courteous attitude
- Identify and recommend additional services or upgrades when appropriate
- Troubleshoot equipment or site issues as needed
- Communicate project updates to management
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of construction or related field experience is preferable (pool industry a plus)
- Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and systems (preferable but not required)
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members
- Perform physical field work in addition to customer-service, coordination, and limited supervisory duties
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
