Job Summary
Business is booming and we are looking to hire LICENSED health insurance agents to join our team. We are an INBOUND call center that specializes in Medicare Sales. No outbound dialing, no cold calling.
***This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION***
This is not a seasonal position. We are looking for permanent sales reps to write business all year long. If you have experience and know how to sell submit your resume to schedule an interview.
***APPLICANTS MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE GEORGIA HEALTH INSURANCE (ACCIDENT & SICKNESS) PRODUCER LICENSE***
Prior health insurance sales experience is preferred, however, not required. If you are eager to learn and make money we will gladly lay out the path for success.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls for clients looking to increase their Medicare benefits.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients.
- Perform needs analysis with clients to ensure all their needs are being met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for effective follow-up and analysis.
Agents can expect to earn between $80,000-$120,000 per year.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly
- Proficient in analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate plans
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes related to Medicare coverage
- Experience in telemarketing is a plus, enhancing outreach efforts to potential clients
- A solid understanding of insurance sales principles and practices
