McGrath Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-energy team in Cedar Rapids. - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
- Previous service advisor or customer-facing experience preferred
- Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
- Manage the full customer experience throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule repair orders
- Present and sell recommended maintenance and service work
- Provide timely updates and communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Support a smooth, efficient, and productive service department workflow
