What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the daily activities of the Test Engineering team, including coaching, training, and project oversight.
- Improve testing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Support new product development by helping create and refine testing methods and equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading an engineering team in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems or automated testing equipment.
- Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
