Royal Garden Resort HOA is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain our oceanfront condominium property and ensuring a safe, clean, and attractive environment for homeowners and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas.
- Paint, patch, and complete light construction projects as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance of swimming pools and other property amenities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to provide excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- South Carolina Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage is based on experience.

- Pre-employment drug screening is required.
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the required drug test.
