Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, great customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including work areas, counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, cups, utensils, pastries, and other merchandise.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Offer suggestions and answer customer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment preferred.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
