Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience from start to finish.
- Process payments using our Toast POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room.
- Assist with side work before, during, and after shifts.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
