We're looking for an experienced Title Processor who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and delivering exceptional service from contract to closing.
What You'll Do
Process residential & commercial purchase, sale and/or refinance transactions
Order and review title work
Clear title issues and coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients
Prepare files for closing and ensure deadlines are met
Deliver a smooth closing experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of Michigan title processing experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Michigan title and escrow practices
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience with title software is a plus
