As a Helper, you will provide vital logistical and manual support across Savage and Son’s diverse divisions under the direct supervision of a designated Journeyperson. You will handle essential site preparation, material distribution, and equipment maintenance, serving as your critical entry point into our operations and the official first step toward our formal Apprentice track.
Why Work for Us?
Our 133-year history is the foundation, not the finish line. We are currently investing in a multi-generational strategy, optimizing our world class operations and modernizing our brand to ensure our legacy remains as vibrant in the next century as it was in the last.
At Savage and Son, we don’t just rest on our reputation; we build upon it. This is a rare opportunity to join an established industry leader during a period of intentional, high level growth. We are looking for a motivated individual who respects the grit and craftsmanship that got us here, but has the personal fire to learn, grow, and help define where we go next as a future apprentice.
