Shawnee Pools is a small family owned business in Lima, OH where customer service, honesty and integrity are at the forefront. Each and every employee and customer is important to us and deserving of kindness and respect.
Shawnee Pools installs in ground swimming pools, has a retail store stocked with chemicals and various pool supplies. We service and repair many pools in the surrounding area. Our store hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00. Saturday 9:00-1:00
Our company has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to work in our chemical retail store/office. We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, honest, reliable, hard working, teachable and would like to see the same in their employer. We will provide onsite chemical training as well as the computer skills necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner.
- Take calls from customers .
- Take notes and record problem details.
- Conduct pool water tests
- Stocking shelves
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Approximately 2 Saturday mornings per month
- Assist customers with taking chemicals to their vehicles
March - November
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
