We are seeking an energetic and motivated Weight Loss Consultant/Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind inspiring clients on their weight loss journeys while leveraging your sales expertise to grow our business. Your passion for health and wellness, combined with your exceptional sales skills, will help transform lives and expand our reach. This position offers HOURLY + COMMISSION + BONUS .
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals and present tailored weight loss solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage client accounts by providing ongoing support, tracking progress, and fostering long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to record client interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress efficiently.
- Negotiate deals effectively, closing sales while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or inside sales with a focus on DME, Genetic Testing or wellness sales.
- Strong soft phone skills with the ability to lead client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Go High Level and/or dialers like Five 9 and Convoso.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through inbound and outbound marketing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
