Hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time Pool Service Technician Positions
Aquapulco, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Pool Service Technician (Monday - Friday) as well as a Part-Time Pool Service Technician with a consistent weekly schedule of Mondays and Thursdays and opportunity for advancement into a full-time position.
Schedule:
- Full Time (Monday through Friday) Part Time (Mondays & Thursdays)
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Typical end time: around 3:00 PM
- The workday ends when the assigned route is completed
Position Details:
- Full-time and Part-time position with consistent hours
- When a full-time position becomes available, current part-time technicians are considered first
- Full-time positions include eligibility for full benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Perform routine pool maintenance as trained
- Report service issues or concerns to the office
- Follow company safety and service procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pool service technician or similar route based role
- Pool experience a plus, but also willing to train the right candidate
- Some mechanical knowledge a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, kneel, squat, and reach arms repeatedly
- No experience needed—just strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stay active. If you enjoy coming to work, you’ll do great here.
