We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Help with various tasks to support the overall guest experience
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of Tock reservation & POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
