- Provide food servers and bus persons with food items.
- Transport service ware to and from the side stands and the dish room that are necessary for the front of the restaurant.
- Assist with maintaining a clean kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with serving and kitchen staff to avoid mistakes and to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep service stations, food pass, and dining areas clean and organized.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
