We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a Vice President of Finance to help guide our financial operations and support our long-term success.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Finance will oversee the organization's financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance efforts. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making while supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Planning
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor key financial metrics and organizational performance.
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Lead financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities.
- Build sophisticated pro forma financial models including:
- Accretion/Dilution Analysis
- Purchase Price Allocation
- Synergy Modeling
- Integration Forecasting
- Support financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and acquisition integration planning.
- Present acquisition recommendations and financial findings to executive leadership.
Financial Operations
- Oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.
- Manage cash flow and support effective capital planning.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and healthcare industry requirements.
- Support audit preparation and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining organizational stability.
Growth & Strategic Initiatives
- Evaluate financial opportunities related to expansion, new programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist with financial due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Support revenue optimization and expense management efforts across departments.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Help scale financial processes and infrastructure as the organization grows.
Systems & Technology
- Oversee financial systems and reporting tools.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and data accuracy.
- Support implementation and optimization of finance-related technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Public Accounting.
- Strong accounting foundation with experience in the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling, Power Query, PivotTables, and dynamic reporting.
- Experience with SQL and financial data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate financial concepts to executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
