Construction Field Operations Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 salary based on experience and performance
We are a rapidly growing energy efficiency and insulation contractor seeking an experienced Construction Field Manager to lead our field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a key leadership position responsible for managing crews, driving production, maintaining quality standards, and helping scale a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple active job sites.
- Manage project managers, crew leaders, and installation teams.
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
- Conduct regular job site visits and quality inspections.
- Quickly resolve field issues and make sound operational decisions.
- Hold field teams accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and performance.
- Work closely with office staff to ensure projects move smoothly from scheduling through completion.
- Track production goals and continuously improve field efficiency.
- Develop and mentor team members while building a strong culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field management or operations experience in the insulation or construction industry.
- Experience managing multiple crews and job sites simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Experience building, managing, and holding teams accountable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Valid driver's license.
