Entry-Level Sales Representative

We're a growing sales and marketing firm representing AT&T, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T products and services in a professional, customer-facing environment
- Connect with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Work closely with team members and leadership

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Work Environment

- Full-time schedule, including some weekends as business needs require
Compensation
Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses.
