What You'll Be Doing:
- Service, diagnose, and repair Residential & Commercial HVAC systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and system replacements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners & commercial clients
- Recommend repairs or system upgrades honestly and ethically
- Install and configure thermostats, humidifiers, motors, contactors, capacitors, controls
- Complete work orders, invoicing, and documentation digitally
- Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and professional
- Order parts and communicate job needs effectively
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and clean-work practices
What We're Looking For:
- 5–10+ years of HVAC Service Experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Gas furnaces
- Heat pumps
- Air handlers
- Package units
- Bard Units
- Mini-splits
- Commercial rooftop units (RTUs)
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- NATE Certification Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Professional appearance & strong work ethic
- Sales-minded is a plus (no high-pressure sales required)
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas
- Stand, climb, kneel, and work with tools daily
- Drive between job sites daily
