Exciting Summer Internship Available with Camp Imagineerz!
Do you remember that coach or teacher who was behind you when you tried, cried, failed, or succeeded? Do you want to be that someone for a child? If yes, we are looking for people just like you!
Developed by Stanford alumni, Camp Imagineerz helps children develop an "i-Can!" mindset. Our Leader In Training (LIT) Summer Internship is an exciting learning experience for students who love kids and are interested in Teaching, Psychology, Creative Arts and/or Theatre.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will support and bond with the campers and collaborate with counselors to make camp a magical experience. Possible Roles:
- Making LIT: Help students build life-size forts, backdrops, props and other epic creations, and run outdoor games
- Acting LIT: Help direct the student performance, and participate in counselor skits
- Spirit LIT: Help shy campers find friends/join in the fun, and lead camp songs!

GROW YOUR SKILLS
As an LIT, you’ll help counselors and campers. There is room for you to decide how you want to grow your leadership skills. Like being in front of a group? Focus on public speaking, teaching, and entertaining. Prefer to work more individually? Work on coaching campers through obstacles and celebrating i-can moments.
Logistics
Hours: You can choose one of these two slots: 8.15am – 4pm OR 10am - 5.45pm

Commitment
Camp: Minimum of 2 weeks at any location(s) between mid-June to July-end
Pre-camp:
- 2-3 Hours of self-study
- One day of Training/Setup (Mandatory)
Post-Camp: One day of post-camp reflection and celebration (August)
Note: Spots are extremely limited and spots will fill up quickly.
