American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care facility in Maysville, KY, with a primarily outpatient orthopedic caseload.

Work setting is a 100-bed, acute care, Joint Commission accredited facility in Maysville, KY
-
Assignment is split approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient rehabilitation
-
Patient population is predominantly adult outpatient orthopedic cases
-
Common diagnoses include joint replacements, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain
-
Strict 1:1 patient ratio
-
Shift is days, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday

Weekend call required on a 1:4 rotation
-
No float requirements
-
MSPT or DPT required
-
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Strong outpatient orthopedic experience required, including back, neck, and shoulder conditions and joint replacements

Some experience with general medical inpatients and joint surgeries preferred
-
AHA certifications required

SSN and date of birth required for consideration

License required if applicable

Supervisor is Owen Brown, PT

Any scrub color is acceptable

Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
