Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury-level guest experience through personalized service and genuine connection.
- Anticipate guest needs, adapt selling strategies, and build lasting client relationships through consistent outreach and guest capture.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product assortment to confidently make styling recommendations and introduce complementary pieces.
- Use provided tools and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in real-time.
- Take ownership of individual performance by setting high personal standards, seeking feedback, and applying coaching consistently.
- Support daily retail operations with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and brand-aligned personal appearance that reflects the Luli Fama aesthetic.
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with guests and team members.
- Uphold ethical standards, respect confidentiality, and model honesty and integrity in all interactions.
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility in alignment with business needs.
- Stay composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure or unexpected situations.
- Foster a positive store culture by contributing to team morale and supporting collaborative success.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering high-end service
- Results-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
