BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice experience for a temporary 6-week contract assignment. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and supporting individuals and families during critical stages of care.
Position Details:
- 6-Week Contract
- Pernament placement is probable dependent on performance
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Immediate Start Available
- Competitive Contract Pay
Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Hospice nursing experience required.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
