Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Electrician to manage electrical projects, guide helpers, and ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations. Our electricians work in two-man teams, with a Lead Electrician assigned to each team. This is a hands-on field role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, customer communication and the ability to manage others in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate project updates with customers, contractors, and management
- Train, mentor and direct junior electricians
- Manage job materials, tools, and site organization
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential electrical systems; we also do light commercial work, and invite those with commercial experience to apply
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies, EV chargers, or smart electrical systems

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
