We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and mixology standards
- Develop new beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to guest preferences
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Assist with food service duties during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions
- Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and menu items, enhancing overall revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, particularly as a server or bartender
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus
- Extensive cocktail experience with a solid understanding of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development
- Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and brewing processes; experience in beer pouring or brewing is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
- Food safety certification and adherence to health regulations are required
- Previous restaurant experience including banquet or catering work is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory management confidently
- Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
