Contract LPN - Part-Time | LTC
We’re currently seeking a Long Term Care LPN to join our amazing team.
Details of the Opportunity:
- Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: $38/hr
- Shift: Part time day and eve (2-3 shifts a week)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Long Term Care

Daily Range of Responsibilities:
- Provide care to residents with chronic/complex conditions
- Administer medications and assist with ADLs
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
- Monitor resident health and document changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Utilize clinical judgment for geriatric care
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active LPN license in the state of practice (or compact license, if applicable)
- 1+ year of Long Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
