Overview
Join our dynamic team as an AutoCAD Drafter and unleash your creativity and technical expertise to develop precise, detailed drawings for a variety of engineering and construction projects. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into clear, accurate CAD models and schematics that guide successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software to support engineering teams.
- Develop schematics, layouts, plans, and technical documentation aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise CAD models.
- Utilize software tools such as Inventor to enhance drawing accuracy and project visualization.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback or design changes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Maintain organized CAD files and documentation for easy access and version control throughout project lifecycles.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematics creation, and mechanical design principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents accurately.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and project requirements while maintaining high-quality work.
Pay: $23.00 - $31.16 per hour
