JOB The Plumbing Instructor (Part-time) is responsible for providing quality skills instruction to our construction trades students through seated and practical hands-on/lab courses. The Instructor is responsible for providing one-on-one and whole group instruction so that students are able to acquire the skills expected to be employed in the plumbing industry.
This position will remain open until filled. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- High school diploma

NC Plumbing Licensure Level 1 and Level 2 required; Level 3 preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plumber (hands-on) in commercial or residential
Working Conditions-
Classroom, lab, or shop environment

Frequent standing and walking to monitor student progress

Some lifting of materials pertaining to lab projects
