We are a small wholesale distribution business with 7,000 square feet of warehouse space in Hillsborough NJ looking for 1 new associate to pick, pack and process orders. Primary responsibilities include accurately picking and packing orders, data processing, sweeping, maintaining a clean work station and checking goods into stock shelves. Experience is STRONGLY preferred but not required, will train and keep the right person. Must be able to (occasionally) lift 50 pounds and handle fast pace when things are busy and use ladders to grab/putaway stock. Must be ok to work with a small team of 1-2 other coworkers.
1 - 3 month trial period. Must understand and fully carryout the workflow and systems within the trial period
Our workday is 8:30 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday, full time work guaranteed. No mandatory overtime but appreciated when help is needed. New staff members gets pro rated of paid vacation per year based on start date. Full medical/dental benefits after 4 months of employment.
