W.A. Young Insurance is a local, family run independent agency in West Michigan, and we are growing! We have an immediate opportunity for an Employee Benefits Sales Agent. The position would be responsible for sales and retention to new and existing clients for all their employee benefit needs, including primary health insurance to ancillary lines. Daily activities would include prospecting, quoting, problem solving, client relationships and other inquiries from clients. Some experience within the benefits field is needed, however training for growth in knowledge and products is always available.
