Step into a dynamic contract position supporting student success as a School Psychologist during two upcoming maternity leaves, spanning from August 31, 2026, through winter break, December 18, 2026. This full-time opportunity—40 hours per week—places you onsite in a collaborative school environment near Hopkins, MN, where your expertise will make a direct impact on students, educators, and families.
Your role will focus on delivering a range of psychological services: conducting evaluations, providing consultation, and offering direct support to students. You'll be a key participant in crafting and implementing IEP goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans, utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments to ensure comprehensive student care. By coordinating closely with teachers, families, and administrators, you’ll help drive success and foster a positive school climate while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
What we're seeking:
- Current Minnesota School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Experience with IEP development, PBSPs, and FBAs
- Strong skills in interpreting and applying educational statutes, codes, rules, and regulations
- A proactive communicator who excels in teamwork and problem-solving within school settings
