BDR | Fast Track to Account Executive
Mission of the Role
We are hiring a high-performance Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across Colorado.
This role exists for one reason: create qualified opportunities and open doors that drive revenue. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, setting high-quality meetings, and building relationships that convert into long-term business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to grow into a closing or territory management role.
Territory: Colorado
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years outbound B2B or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator comfortable on the phone and in person
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated
- Organized with solid CRM discipline
- Motivated to grow into an Account Executive or leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect into businesses and organizations across Northern Colorado
- Set qualified discovery meetings for senior sales team
- Build and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes
- Attend local networking events and drop-ins when appropriate
- Generate consistent pipeline and market intelligence
Required Competencies:
- Phone and objection-handling confidence
- Email and LinkedIn outreach skills
- Time management and daily activity discipline
- Basic CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Professional communication and follow-up
Performance Expectations:
- 15–25 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped
- Consistent pipeline generation and territory coverage
- Strong daily activity and CRM discipline
- Positive contribution to team pipeline goals
Compensation Structure:
Hourly Base: $19–$22 per hour
Performance Incentives (Weekly):
In addition to base pay, this role includes a simple activity-based incentive structure designed to reward consistent pipeline generation.
Meeting Incentives
- $20 – Net New Appointment Set (new prospect organization)
- $10 – Current Customer Appointment Set (existing FBP client)
Example Weekly Activity Target
- 5 Net New Meetings = $100
- 5 Current Customer Meetings = $50
Total Weekly Activity Bonus: $150
Weekly Accelerator Bonus:
An additional $150 weekly accelerator bonus is earned when the following threshold is met:
- 10 or more total appointments set in a week
- At least 4 must be Net New prospects
Realistic Earnings:
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Hourly pay plus incentives/bonuses: $55,000 – $62,500
