Requirements:
- FLOAT: Within or below acuity required
- 2 yrs ICU experience [within the last year]
- 2 References: 1 must be within the specialty clinician (within the last year), other must be from charge RN or higher from within the last 2 years of specialty clinician is being subbed
-Weekend REQ: 2 weekends out of 4 off; weekend = 2 consecutive days fri-sun
- CA RN License required prior to submission
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA) required prior to submission
- PALS (AHA) required prior to submission
- NIHSS
- Immunization (MMR, Varicella, TDAP)
- EPIC
- Active DL

- Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 18:30)
