Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of an innovative new compounding pharmacy. This is a rare and unique opportunity to own your own sterile compounding pharmacy. This pivotal role combines entrepreneurial spirit with seasoned leadership to shape the company’s growth, streamline operations, and establish a strong market presence. As a key member of the founding team, you will drive business development, oversee daily operations, and cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritizes quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
- Lead comprehensive operations management, including supply chain logistics, inventory control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency across all departments.
- Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility while supporting growth initiatives.
- Manage business development efforts by establishing partnerships, expanding market reach, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Implement change management strategies to adapt swiftly to industry trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements.
- Supervise senior leadership teams and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project management activities related to facility expansion, product development, or technology integration to ensure timely delivery within scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in healthcare or pharmacy sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement methodologies.
- Skilled in budgeting, financial forecasting, and program management to support organizational growth.
- Experience in 503a compounding, along with USP 797 and USP 800 compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
