Life Enrichment Coordinator
Job Summary:
Inn at the Pines, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, is seeking a quality candidate to fill the role of Life Enrichment Coordinator. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and coordinating activities, outings, and programs that provide meaning and purpose.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate activities, outings, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
Develop and implement creative approaches to increase participation and engagement
Work closely with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities accordingly
Assist with daily living tasks and provide supportive care as needed
Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents
Maintain accurate records of activities and outings
Requirements:
1 year of experience (Preferred) Life Enrichment Coordinator/ Activities Director
Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and reliable individual with a strong desire to work with seniors
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
In-person work environment at our beautiful campus in Hiram, Ohio
Rotating weekends and day shift schedule
