About the Role:
Join KOLOHE, Hawai’i’s Original Custom Jewelry Bar, where customers design one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces on the spot. We’re seeking a sales associate who is passionate about jewelry, confident in sales, and excited to handcraft pieces in-store. This is a unique opportunity to grow within the company and move into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service with a fun, engaging attitude.
- Sell jewelry pieces ranging from $130–$5,000+.
- Design and make jewelry at our Custom Jewelry Bar; including wire wrapping stones and components + permanent jewelry soldering with a laser welder. All training is provided.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, stones, metals, and store promotions.
- Maintain daily store operations, including inventory and task checklists.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience (luxury/jewelry preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with high-value transactions and delicate pieces.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
- Jewelry knowledge and multilingual abilities are a plus.
Compensation:
- $16-17/hr base pay for entry level sales associate PLUS TIPS & COMMISSION
- Earn up to $24+/hr with our tips + commission model

Schedule:
Waikiki Beach Walk: 10am–10pm (Shifts: 9:30am–4:30pm / 4:00pm–10:30pm)
'Alohilani Boutique: 9am–8pm (Shifts: 8:45am–2:30pm / 2:00pm–8:15pm)
