What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Office Director / Practice Manager ready to lead a practice where the mission actually matches the way you want to work. This isn't just an operations role. The right person will help shape the long-term direction of the practice, working closely with the doctor to strengthen culture, systems, and patient experience.
The ideal candidate communicates treatment recommendations with confidence, helping patients fully understand their options and feel comfortable moving forward with care. That skill matters here.
Prior dental experience is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage. Please do not apply without at least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
