This position supports three luxury retail locations within Brea Mall:
- Luxury Lab — Luxury watches and fine jewelry
- Swiss Watch Gallery — Luxury watches and fine jewelry
- Time After Time — Watch service center specializing in watch services, sales, and repairs
Employees may work between these locations based on business needs and scheduling.
About the Position
We are looking for a professional, personable, and motivated Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
This position offers the opportunity to work across three established luxury watch, jewelry, and watch-service locations within Brea Mall. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is interested in luxury products, and takes pride in providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Present and sell luxury watches and fine jewelry.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently answer customer questions.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Accurately process sales transactions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Watch Services & Repairs
- Learn basic watch-service procedures.
- Assist with watch battery replacement after training.
- Accept and assist with watch repair and service requests.
- Help customers understand the next steps for their watch service.
- Work alongside the service team at Time After Time when scheduled.
- Training will be provided; previous watch repair experience is not required.
Store Operations
- Assist with merchandise displays and visual presentation.
- Assist with inventory and organization.
- Maintain clean and organized retail spaces.
- Handle high-value watches and jewelry with care and attention to detail.
- Follow company procedures for merchandise and customer transactions.
- Work between Luxury Lab, Swiss Watch Gallery, and Time After Time as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.
- Interest in luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or high-end retail.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Luxury watch, jewelry, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn luxury products and watch-service procedures.
- Ability to handle valuable merchandise responsibly.
- Weekend availability is a plus.

This is an in-person position within Brea Mall. Employees may rotate between Luxury Lab, Swiss Watch Gallery, and Time After Time depending on business needs.
