- Access to a Public Adjuster when necessary w/ support available for difficult claims, including denied or underpaid files that may require going to "Appraisal"
Your Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door neighborhood Prospecting
- Conduct Roof inspections and storm damage assessments
- Educating homeowners, guiding them through the insurance process
- Closing sales and managing customer relationships
- Meeting with insurance adjuster to secure insurance approval
- Overseeing job on installation day while working neighborhood for add'l business
Additional Sales Opportunities:
In addition to roofing, we offer our homeowners: Gutters/Downspouts, Interior and Exterior Painting, Window Screens, Skylights, & Garage Door installations.
Qualifications:
- Top Producer in Sales
- Roofing Sales Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, Aggressive, Self Motivated, Disciplined and Goal oriented individual
- Ability to manage multiple projects from contract through to installation
- Desire to Build and Manage a Large Roofing Customer Clientele
Compensation:
Top Producers are expected to earn well into Six Figures.
This position starts with direct prospecting and quickly grows into a referral-based business as your reputation and customer relationships develop.
