We are growing and seeking two experienced attorneys to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking attorneys with 5 to 10 years of experience in one of the following areas:
Domestic Relations Attorney
- An attorney with meaningful experience in family law, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing cases independently while also collaborating on more complex or sensitive matters.
Transactional Attorney with Interest in Civil Litigation
- An attorney with a background in business, real estate, or general transactional work who also has an interest in developing or expanding a civil litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on deals while gaining courtroom experience.Both positions offer the opportunity to handle sophisticated work in a supportive but high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload appropriate to experience level
- Advise clients on legal strategy and risk management
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and legal correspondence
- Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with other attorneys on complex matters
- Contribute to client development and firm growth
Qualifications
- Admitted to the Indiana Bar
- 5 to 10 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while working within a team environment
- Professionalism and sound judgment in client interactions
