LE 06 Journeyman/Field Lead
Summary:
We are in search of a Lead 06 journeyman. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who prioritizes personal and team development and growth. We are looking for an individual who can take on the responsibility of running low-voltage installation projects. These projects include the following types of systems:
- Audio Visual
- Data/Telecommunications
- Security
- Access Control
Wage DOE.
Requirements:
Basic skills required for this job include the ability to work individually and in teams, basic computer skills, the ability and knowledge to properly install various low-voltage wiring assemblies and devices, knowledge on proper wire assembly testing, mathematic skills, and the ability to use industry standard tools.
Other skills required for this job include team building, team coordination, maintaining schedules, working with and around other trades, maintaining budgets, knowledge on various low-voltage system interconnections, and the ability to read blue prints, schematics, instructions, and installation manuals.
Details and quality of work are extremely important; we are looking for someone who can focus on both immediate tasks and think forward. We expect an advanced quality of craftsmanship and problem-solving skills.
Must have the physical ability to lift 100lbs, safely climb a ladder and work overhead as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
A large portion of our work occurs in occupied spaces, therefore personal appearance and hygiene is important.
Background check is required and possible fingerprinting.

Desired experience:
Audio visual installation, including: monitors, projectors, speakers, cameras, rack equipment, system setup, configuration, networking, low voltage, building automated controls, fire alarm, fiber, CATV, category cabling, phone systems, security, access control, video monitoring.

- CTS-I
- Hilti
- Crestron
- Q-SYS
- Shure
- Dante
- OSHA 10
Ideal candidates will be willing to travel in and out of state and be flexible with working hours.
