Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within our facilities. As a key leader, you will supervise teams, manage workflows, create schedules, enforce disciplinary actions for procedural violations, and uphold safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals.
- Train staff on proper policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility to ensure safety compliance and maintenance requirements.
- Manage inventory levels of equipment and supplies; placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Promote a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and ongoing coaching to enhance productivity and morale.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
